In a world alight with both fire and fury, we invite you to gather with us for an evening of spirit and action. On Monday, January 27th at 8:00 PM Eastern, join California Congresswoman Judy Chu, one of the few Unitarian Universalists in Congress, and DRUUMM Community Minister Rev. Joseph Santos-Lyons, for a transformative Policy Talk hosted by our partners, Unitarian Universalists for Social Justice (UUSJ).

This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with UUs from around the world, gain insights from a progressive national lawmaker, and find spiritual grounding for the work ahead. Rep. Chu will provide updates on the political transitions in Washington, DC, her work on critical issues like healthcare reform and safety net programs, and the ongoing relief operations in Los Angeles County following recent wildfires.
Rev. Joseph will lead us in a chalice lighting and provide a spiritual grounding to sustain our collective efforts, reminding us of the power and possibility of community action in the face of challenges.
